Toeniskoetter Development Signs Seven-Year Lease Renewal with Flextronics at Northern Industrial Properties in Milpitas
Toeniskoetter Development has renewed its long-term lease with Flextronics, at 890 Yosemite Drive in Milpitas. The company has been a tenant at the 131,990 square foot distribution facility since 2009 and its extension is a strong example of Toeniskoetter’s tenant loyalty built on service and trust.
Northern Industrial Properties is a key part of the Toeniskoetter Development portfolio. It is managed through a full-service approach that includes everything from vendor coordination and facility maintenance to tenant support. Flextronics relies on the space as a critical piece of its operational infrastructure and has consistently received hands-on service that supports day-to-day efficiency.
