While Thanksgiving may look a little different this year for many of us, nothing changes the spirit of gratitude the holiday represents. In that light, we at Toeniskoetter would like to take a moment to be thankful for what our team has been able to achieve this year, despite historic challenges.

It is with gratitude that we look back at the recognitions we received this year. We garnered our second Structures Award for our pre-engineered metal building for Silicon Valley Glass’s headquarters in Morgan Hill. For the fourth year in a row, Toeniskoetter was named as one of Silicon Valley’s Best Places to Work. Cochrane Road Self Storage in Morgan Hill was again recognized as best-in-class by the Morgan Hill Times. And our very own Megan Toeniskoetter was selected as one of the “40 Under 40” executives to watch by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Our Development and Construction team has overseen exceptional projects as they come to life. We’ve broken ground on exciting new ventures, including the Applied Motion Products and Silicon Valley Glass headquarters in Morgan Hill as well as the multi-story Silver Creek Self Storage facility in San Jose. We’re working on complex projects, such as a complete remodel of The Club at Los Gatos and Santa Clara County’s Child Advocacy Clinic. Our Property Management team has shown that a commitment to excellence and client service is a winning combination, securing long-term leases from Santa Cruz to Milpitas despite an almost unprecedented economic downturn.

Each one of these achievements was made possible by our close-knit team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to make sure we deliver the highest value and service to our clients. Toeniskoetter was not alone in the obstacles it faced this year. But, together, we met those challenges head-on. We are proud of and deeply grateful for what we have accomplished.
