Erin Toeniskoetter takes key post at San Jose family's development
Toeniskoetter is excited to announce that Erin Toeniskoetter has been appointed president of Toeniskoetter Development.
Erin oversees the Asset and Property Management division, where she is charged with managing nearly 1.6 million square feet of commercial space located in San Jose, Campbell, Morgan Hill, and Santa Cruz County. She also manages over 500,000 square feet for third-party clients. That experience is key, as Toeniskoetter Development looks to expand its asset management business.
“We want clients to feel like they are working with
someone who understands those needs and has their best interests at heart,” Erin says.
