Landowner Partnerships
Many of our partnerships are with families that have real estate assets which have been with them for generations. We work with landowners to take under-performing property and transform it into a high-performing, profitable, working investment that provides long-term cash flow. Landowners are able to experience the appreciation of a project while avoiding the tax consequences of a sale, and can be confident that the process is being handled by a team of experienced professionals.
Tenant Partnerships
We form partnerships with tenants in order to complete or acquire build-to-suit projects, which provide tenants with ownership interest in the development.
Equity Partnerships
We share a variety of our investments with friends and family investors as well as institutional investors.
